Tuning issues

So I upgraded to a kb 2.8 with fore innovations hat w dual walbro pumps upgraded fpdm and sct ba2600 fic 650cc injectors sct x4
I got a couple base tunes from a great local shop w tons of experience tuning cobras
So the car starts with a stock tune but every time I upload a base tune it won’t start
Anyone had these issues or any advice

Is it a crank/no-start? What does the PATS light do?

Yes crank no start seems like it’s flooding the engine
Only code is p1000

I’ve got 3 base tunes from somewhat local shop …no luck

Sounds like it's a tune issue. Being able to start on a stock tune pretty much eliminates a mechanical issue.
