I’m surprised unless keeping stockish you didn’t upgrade the control arms and ditch those shocks. Mine need done just can’t decide which route to go.

I might eventually. I'd really prefer stock style replacements. I don't really feel like lowering it a lot, adding CC plates and everything else. It needs new brakes.

Other cars need attention to, so I kinda need to pick a choose what I want to spend money on.

The 03 cobra needs a big brake setup.

Edit: not to mention the convertible exhaust sounds horrible. I believe it's the catback which I'll be replacing. Prices have gone up a lot on those.

Got some parts installed, still waiting on the T5 to be rebuilt (new bearings and synchros).
McLeod billet steel flywheel
Ford pivot ball
Spec Clutch
New clutch fork
Ford release bearing
Ford pilot bearing
LMR aluminum driveshaft
Steel bearing retainer
New speedometer drive gears for both internal to T5 and speed sensor gear.

Let us know how you like the Spec clutch. I had one in my 03 Cobra and I didn't like it at all. Felt like driving a dump truck. Switched to a MacLeod and love it.

Wondering how a Spec feels in a Foxbody.

Got the car put back together on Friday.
Rebuilt T5 with new bearings/synchros, and a 2nd gear replacement.
Installed the spec clutch (it appears to be a stage 2 or 2+) along with the billet flywheel, and aluminum driveshaft.
Runs and shifts great. The Spec clutch is stiff tho! Holds fine, but compared to the McLeod twin disc in my Mach, the Spec is extra stiff.
I'll probably change it out in the future when I put in the stroker motor setup.

The good news is no more leaks from the rear seal or the T5.

Cars and coffee Sunday morning then swung by my old high school to snap a few pics. That's right fella's, home of the Mustangs lol. A bit nostalgic for me as I parked my 86 5.0 coupe in that very spot as a junior/senior in 1989-90.

Hello Everyone,

There was a cruise in Friday night. I ended up going late and missing it. However, asked the wife if she wanted to go for a ride. So, we drove by just to see a few cars left. We then went to get some ice cream and head home.

On the way home we stopped to get gas. So, I snapped a few pictures. Man, I love this car. So much fun to drive......

I want to do Foxtoberfest so bad. They're shooting for 100 Saleens and have about 70 registered so far. We're vacationing in Florida the week before and the show falls on my daughters birthday weekend, so it's hard call for me to make to be away for that week.
