Anyone out there running 17x9.5/17x4.5 race star setup on their cobra? I’m considering trying them out but unsure on fitment and tire size. And not sure if the fronts would clear ats calipers.

My old high compression 347 fox with h/c/i, long tubes, x pipe and Mac exhaust was the best sounding car I’ve personally owned.

Im in the same boat as you with my 01. I say bolt ons and just enjoy it for what it is. Putting a blower on the stock bottom end is pretty risky just to still be beat by bolt on gen 3 10r cars.

Tough to say. My 2001 cobra has 200k miles on the body and seems as reliable as anything. With that said, everything on the car has been replaced. Issues you’ll run into are leaks and worn suspension components and maybe a few electrical gremlins. But nothing that would leave you stranded most...

I should add, I had 03/04 in black before these and the contrast was too much in my opinion.

Performance red is incredible in person. People seem to think my car is either performance red or competition orange depending on lighting

I switched from lm1 to lm2. Lm2 is perfect for my taste.

Do dealers use outside firms to come up with these shenanigans? That's pretty creative.
