Making power with a modern Mustang is easy these days. Just order up the combo of your liking, bolt it on, and voilà you have mega power at the rear wheels. However, planting that newfound power can be a challenge if you don’t upgrade the suspension.

Whiteline’s new lower control arms for 2005-2014 Mustang are built from tubular DOM steel and fit with rugged forged ends.

The suspension specialists at Whiteline recently released a new pair of fix-length lower control arms (PN KTA158; $154.80) for S197 Mustangs that will help put that power down.

“Constructed of tubular DOM steel with specially designed forged ends to house MAX-C bushing. MAX-C is designed to allow freedom of articulation in desired angles while still reinforced forward/aft to reduce deflection that contributes to traction loss,” says the company. “Whiteline’s Synthetic Elastomer bushings come with a class leading first owners Lifetime Warranty. As the saying goes, not all arms are created equally.”

If these LCAs sound like a good fit for you combo, you can learn more about them over at the company’s web site.

Those forged ends are designed to house the company’s new MAX-C elastomer bushings, which are said to allow full articulation with reduced deflection.
