Over the years we have seen VMP expand its offerings from performance tuning to supercharger enhancements to complete supercharger kits. As such it is only natural that the company would tweak its brand to better communicate its wide range of offerings. Recently the company launched a new website and a new name—VMP Performance.
“Given our expanded offerings in both parts and calibrations, our transition from VMP Tuning to VMP Performance is a natural evolution for us,” VMP Performance president Justin Starkey explained. “Performance has always been what we do and now it’s our name.”
Our own SID297 broke the news of the new VMP branding from the PRI Show floor last December, and you can hear more about the move from Justin here…
“Everything we do speaks to creating a complete and balanced package. Our foundation is built on custom computer tuning to enhance the awesome Mustang and other late-model Fords. From there, the parts we’ve developed and offer are designed to take the enthusiast’s car to the level they want, whether it’s a street brawler or a track day demon.” Justin added. “The world-famous VMP Gen2 TVS supercharger continues to be the bolt-on answer to adding 200 rear-wheel horsepower and beyond in just a few hours with hand tools and at a price point that makes it the undisputed value leader. Our customers trust VMP for their custom calibration needs and now they can count on us to offer them a much broader line of performance parts from wheels and suspension to hardcore race components.”
Now you can find all of VMP Performance’s parts, superchargers and tuning expertise under one roof at the company’s spiffy new website.
