Torque Converter Problem

I have an all stock 93 Lightning and I want to know if anyone knows of a good site to order a torque converter from or if anyone knows how to fix the problem. My truck has a shutter at 35 to 45 mhp only when I barely press on the gas to speed up without making the trans shift down. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
