gen 1 hesitation

ive got 95 L that has a developed a hesitation right off idol when trying to give it gas, and it also hesistates on hard acceleration, truck seems to have lost a good ampunt of power also, its a toally stock truck with full exhaust(stock headers) with 245k i just replaced the plugs, wires, cap n rotor, and coil hopin to fix it but it was a lost cause. truck also has between 30-40 psi fuel pressure
