Hold on a second there. There is no way you can achieve the *needed* results with a extrude hone process.
Our lower intakes need differing amounts of material taken off of different surfaces. I'm not going to tip my hand.. but when I port I use intelligence vs just removing a set and equal amount per wall. And there are two ports that require some heavy recontouring to aid in the "modular-ness" of using the same head on both banks. (ports facing the opposite directions)

thats good to know. i have actually never bothered to look at porting a lower intake myself yet.
im basing this off the results seen in the plentums
In addition to what Rich said, you also will end up hating that Dremel tool very quickly - it just doesn't have the capabilities to do adequate porting.
