Alright as most of you all know I've started selling my ports for 03/04 Cobra's. I've had good succes so far with the numbers also. Upper only car with a 2.81" and a tune made 474/486 and then after the ported blower, tb, and non welded plenum it made 508/490. Those numbers are SAE also. For a gain of 34 hp and 5 ft lbs of torque.
Anyways here a few pic's and I've got some ideas to try on these. Same thing as usual and only common sense stuff first. I'll add more pic's as the port comes along.
Looks to me there's quite a bit of work that can be done here on the inlet.
Few ideas for the outlets also but I'll get to it soon enough and update the pic's.
Hmm I sure don't like those bosses sticking up in the airpath that don't need to be there.
What do you know they're gone but only on one side lol. I couldn't help but get started last night because those things were bothering me every time I looked at that plate.
Those bosses are only for the IC bolts to have enough stock to hold them in. For a bolt to have the right depth to hold it the only stock required is 1 1/2 times the thickness of the bolt. Plus I'm not even sure yet I'll need to cut the bolts. So that little hole is better than that huge boss.

Posi Ported Eaton pushed this car into the 9's with no Nitrous! Current 1/4 mile Record Holder with a 9.94 @ 135mph and only Eaton in the 9's without Nitrous! Ever. http://www.svtperformance.com/forums...only-baby.html
This is also a members blower and I'm sure he'll chime in before to long. So Justin in case you haven't figured it out I've gotten started on your blower.
Here's another place that'll be getting cut on next. Towards the rotors by the outlet. That stock is useless.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know because that's how this stuff gets figured out faster for new ideas.
Also no comments about any other companies that sell ports in this thread please.

posi... might wanna take some cream epoxy and fill in the screw boss holes and smooth them out just to keep it smooth and get rid of what looks like a few ridges where the holes poke out
looks good, im a little worried about the mid plate though, it has draw backs, as if you used a twin screw down the road you cant use that anymore also most guys who do the midplate porting along with a blower usually go with a 20* locked tunes and run c16
is it worth it? every car responds differnetly but i will say it looks good

What do you mean you cant use that anymore. You can with the KB. And what does the midplate have to do with the tune. I guess I'm not catching your point

i remember reading that you cant use it because something wasnt aligned right it was cut and it would force turblance, alot of guys on other sites did this and then found they had to trade there midplates to others for the stock version in order to run a twin screw
^I'm not messing with any "sealing" surfaces or anything so why would someone need to get another stocker? That's the stuff I do not and up until haven't done. Bastardize parts.

That's why I like to post progress and listen to what people say and different ideas.

I'll check on getting some epoxy but those holes shouldn't effect cfm's at all. Or maybe I'll have them welded shut. There's ridges there because they aren't finished. That is by no means finished. I just cleaned them up a little to make it "picture" worthy. Kind of a pain to clean it up to just cut on again.
Straight and 90* 1/4" die grinders. Then a Bridgeport mill to rough things out or finish them it just depends what I am doing. Plus a whole bunch of cutters and other small bits and flapper wheels. Along with some 50 and 100 grit sandpaper that attaches to a mandrel. Also some good Aluminum carbide cutters to really hog things out when it's not in the mill.
