stumbling under boost

hey guys,
i thought for sure it was a bad coil that was making my truck stumble under boost again. but i just installed a brand new set of coils, and its still stumbling under boost.
what else could it be?
i was just in canada, and the highest octane they had was 91. i alway put 93 in when im down here. i was up there for 2 weeks driving with that gas. would this be the problem?

I would not go WOT with 91 even though it is close to 93 but the temps have been getting very cold at night. My truck used to stumble and I removed the EGR and it was good after that. I believe your EGR is removed already so it could be either fuel related or a vacuum leak.

i think tomorrow ill pull a plug or 2 and see what they look like. but idk if the plugs would be the problem, because i just installed them not to long ago.
