Sleeper Mach 1 (KB inside... ;)

ok so i finally got it done too! Thanks for 2004SVTL for showing me it can be done and sedanman for the tank!
This is basically what the mach looks like with the KB intercooled kit. Not very pretty with the "coffee can" intercooler resesvoir and "dryer vent" cool air kit.

My car, sorry no other pics...

You can see the ugly can and intake tubing here

My first thoughts were to get a JLT cold air and intercooler resevoir for a 04 cobra to clean it up a bit. But, I still wanted to keep the shaker tubing to hide the pulley which I painted black to make it less noticeable. So one day while clickin on SVTPerformance.com I came across a thread and a user called 2004SVTL had done what I wanted to do so I knew it must be possible! One member offered me his stock cobra tank, which is $130 brand new for $30 shipped so I couldn't pass it up. So With a little help of a heat gun to "tweak" the stock shaker tubing I was able to make it work and hood to close. In the end this lil project only cost me $38 including the cobra tank, new coolant and some zip ties.
