Eh, I was thinking that too. 3300rpm and 14psi? That's like instant spool. Phil's car doesn't even spool that fast. I was able to run his up to 20 accidently and the motor was fine. The tuner definitely should have been watching the boost gauge regardless. I don't see how the pressure would instantly spike to 14psi and blow the motor that quickly. Doesn't matter anyway because the tuner also should have had the first pull dead rich to play it safe, then back off on the fuel and add timing in later runs. I thought that was a standard practice, not to just go untuned and balls out on the first run.
