I've spec'd cams for a quite a few high hp 4v motors, including Naz's bb/stroker that made a ton of power. Naz and I know what works in these motors and I've yet to hear any complaints from those that have gone with my recommendations.
Cams are cost effective, the poblem is that most peole opt for long duration and a lot of overlap, good for a 2v, but not a motor that has as much vavle curtain area as these. Also, those long duration cams don't work well with the stock intake and the result is low peak power and even lower tq and low rpm hp.
Those magic combination that worked for Naz and many others are the FR500 intake combined with the FR500 cams.
What do you wanna know about 4v cams?
