If you do it right, it is worth the money IMO. But, you have to decide what you want out of the car. If you want that 700+ rwhp dyno sheet, then save your pennies. If you just want a strong running street car, a well planned H/C/I would be worth it. It's really 6 one half dozen of the other when you are talking about 450 rwhp or less. You can hit around 400 rwhp with a good H/C/I and 450 rwhp with a blower on the stock internals and probably be fine. Both set ups, unless you find some really good used deals, will cost you around $4500-5000. Believe me, I've done the math.
