Anything is possible, although the car in the original post probably has an honest 30-40whp on a bonestock cobra down to the filter. I would expect somewhere in the low 12's if you can drive 112-113 at best.

Back in 2003 when I got my car brand new I went a 12.19@118 with temp tags and a 2.93 Pulley, KN drop in, and no tune.

1 week later with a 2.8 upper, KN drop in, stock tires, temp tags still on, stock exhaust with mufflers hacked out, and a tune 11.71@121,

Couple weeks later on 275/40/17 BFG DR's and UPR X and MAC 3" with a pro 5.0 shifter 11.24@122
