In general, the ProCharger is not a great street/occasional race option. Low end torque is very different from a twin-screw or even the Eaton. For the track I would definitely at least consider the F1. That's not to say that everyone would dislike an F1 for the street. I think that if anyone is considering the F1 that you try to drive both a TS and F1 setup to compare.
Red3, keep in mind that the TS has more potential than a ported Eaton, even with a nitrous with each. For most folks I would say a ported Eaton (especially with a shot of nitrous) is plenty. But they don't sell a lot of twin screws for nothing. :-)
