No it doesn't come with a new lower since it uses the factory lower intake and intercooler for cooling.

You need to ditch that whole cobra intercooler and lower and use a Mach 1 style intake or Sullivan, sheet metal would be the ticket, but big $$$ there.

That kit is a waste as designed, you are better to go from scratch with a better bracket, F1a-F1c head unit and big air to air intercooler. Fab up your own piping and go.

A properly setup centri will hand a 2.2-3.4 twinscrew car its ass. Our stock motors aren't ideal either with 8.5:1 compression, you want it up around that 9.5:1 mark. That will help with bottom end.
