See above....and since when is 13.4 'slow' for a lid flow auto fbod? We dont' know the track, gears or anything. Kind of a blanket/generalized statement IMO.

I think I had enough info to make an educated guess
Granted the conditions of the track are important, I was taking into account a WS6(3.23 gears) with a Lid and muffler/catback(when he says flows Im not sure what exactly he means, cuz techincally it would a flow as in one muff unless the TA has duals) should run quicker than a 13.4 as that is about average for a stock A4 Fbod. And a car with even those simple mods would atleast pick up a couple tenths I would think. The Lid alone makes a surprising difference.......ask me how I know
