I finally got my car on the dyno for my blower and a 100 shot of Nitrous.
Mod's are
2.76/6lb combo with my Eaton and lower Intake. My Eaton has been ported I think 5 times now and the lower intake twice. So I expected some good numbers. First thing is I'm switching to a 2.9 upper after I run at the track once. HP peak was lower than I wanted it at around 5,800 or so. It carried it out decent but I want it higher.
JLT Rai, 1 5/8 Kooks headers, 2 1/2" o/r x-pipe, Borla Exhaust, 60lb injectors, Twin GT pumps, with wiring upgrade, and Single Modified FPDM.
Last time this blower was on my car with a 2.93/6lb combo it made 497/580. I'd say I've learned a little.
Today with a/f ratio of 11.6:1 and 25*'s of timing it made
551/603 and I told my tuner if it made over 550 I was going to another dyno just to see how the numbers would repeat. Looks like I'll be going on a trip soon.
So with the 100 shot it made
684hp which I'm really happy with. With my 2.3 Whipple @ 22lbs of boost it made 670hp and I had pretty much outgrown my BA2400 but the fuel system was fine. Today my pumps were pretty much maxed out so it seems it is definitely making more power than that.
I got some video's of the pulls and will have them Monday. All I gotta say is boy can you tell when the Nitrous hits!!!! Holy Cow.
Oh and with a little ice in the Resevoir and with the blower cool it made 561/615

and IAT's at the end of that run were 110*'s. I could've added more ice but it was a long day and I feel sorry for my car now because it's had over 75 full dyno pulls to date. So I couldn't do another pull.
