Just replaced upper bjs, lower bjs, shocks, brakes and sway bar bushings.

MOOG makes some awesome upper balljoints that are greaseable and rebuildable. Ford balljoints are sealed (crappy) so you can't grease them. The lower balljoints need to be pressed in so you have to remove the A-arm.

I spent about $500 on parts and did it myself in about 15 hours at home with the truck on jack stands.

I was quoted $300 for labor which included alignment by a local shop. Did it myself so I know everything is done right but it was a PITA.

It is not really difficult just alot of work was involved in raising and lowering the springs shocks etc. I also did it at night which didn't help.
