Question on SCT SF3
Hey...my buddy ordered a tune for his cobra from you guys the other day. Really fast service!!! Thanks He was having probs downloading it earleir today and Rick explained it to him. We were going through the steps and when it said to plug the tuner up your computer should find it..well it powers up for about 2 seconds ....says Init Filesystem....and powers off. My question is ..are we doing something wrong, do you have to put the stock tune back on the car before you download the new tune to the tuner..i wouldnt think you would, or is it possible the guys that tuned his car last locked the tuner somehow? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance guys!!

No...he even put the stock tune back in the car...then we tried to power it up on the computer again........it still comes on for 2 seconds...says "Init File System"....then powers off Im lost as to what he needs to do. You dont think the guy that tuned it before locked it some how do you? thank you for replying back so fast too.....your guys customer service F'n rocks
