Mil eliminators only block the 02 sensor of the ecu right not the entire check engine light that serves as a warning to other issues in the car correct?

Correct. The MIL Eliminators install on the Rear O2 sensors and prevent the CEL from illuminating for high-flow cats or off-road race pipes. All other trouble codes will still illuminate the CEL.

what happens when you go in for inspection(MA) and they plug into obdII. Will you have stored codes, if not will the catalist show up as incomplete

It should show functioning cats in theory...now if they go for a visual inspection and see there are no cats...

I guess it will depend on how picky the shop is. We have similar inspection in PA...I just go to performance friendly shops to get inspected.

Will I need one for my 2004 Cobra when I put in my Bassani o/r x pipe? If so, what do they cost for 4 valve motors?
