Driving Alone with a permit
Hello Guys, I just wanted to know what the consequences are if you are found driving alone with just a permit. I live in Kansas and I am just curious as to what can happen.

I thought that was one of the possible things that could happen. Wanted to know if I was wrong or not. I have 3 more months to go before my license so i'll play it safe.

Not sure about KS but in Florida the owner of the vehicle can also be charged with allowing unauthorized operation.

I remember in MD it was something like you get 5pts on your liscense and whoever let you drive also gets 5pts.
