Car shuts off trying to do donut

I tried to spin a couple donuts and after just a 180 car shuts off or almost shuts off. Has anyone had this happen?

Its called a Traction Control button loacated in your center console

1. press TC button (light on)
2. place gear selector in #2 position with clutch disengaged
3. crank wheel to right/left (your choice) drop clutch and hammer it!
