I have the tru-X with the Magnaflow cat back and it sounds awesome. It isn't overbearingly loud or obnoxious but has a very nice tone, and can get aggressive if I stand on it.

I searched everywhere for a video clip of the bassani catted x with the magnaflow cat back. I never did find anyhing. I took a chance and bought it any way.
I love it.
Still has the deep tone but dosen't pop and crackel like so many x pipes do on decel. I does have some rumble on decel but no more than it did with the stock mid pipe. It is just more pronounced now. And it is louder overall of course. It is perfect for my taste. I dont care for the head turning or excessivly loud that some do.

I've got that setup, and after having it 6 months, i wish it was louder. i've thought about buying some of those individually sold 2.5" borla stinger mufflers to slip in this magnaflow piping, i'm just not sure if it will work or not.
