Stingers with Bassini X or H

I'm new to this so bear with me, i picked up a stock Cobra with 20000kms on it and its time to begin modding.
actually i already have Borla Stinger Catback exhaust and i was wondering on the mid pipes.

from my research so far ALOT of people LOVE the Bassini X WITH Cats.

i dont want it to be raspy atall, and it was my understanding that an H pipe would be less raspy> any thoughts?
or sound clips?

the Bassini X with cats and the Stingers DOES sound pretty sweet already though,. here's a clip i found so thanks to whover posted it.

I had the stingers with the bassani offroad x, it soundedgreat. It was very raspy though. The h pipe is a lot less raspy. And has a deeper tone. So really its just what you prefer

X will be raspier, H will be a deeper sound

Heres a catted H and Stingers

If you want Stingers without rasp a Bassani X is the last thing you want, catted or not. A Prochamber would be your best option.

The catted X smooths the sound out a lot, but it still has a good bit of rasp. That's why I swapped my Bassani X for a Prochamber.

If you want a Basani X, I have one for sale. Wouldn't work with the long tubes that I installed. It's in good shape but it came off a wrecked car. Everything is straight, but it has some minor scrapes. I also robbed all the clamps off it. I thought it sounded good on the car. But, everyone's opinion is different. I'm asking $150 for it. PM me if interested.

I had mrt catted h and stingers for four years. This combe sounds great when revving. This combo sounds great at wot. It has a glass pack blatt from 2300-3500rmps which sounds horrible. I switched to a magnaflow catted x and it sounds good under all conditions. No blatt ever. It is quieter during normal crusing situations and loud at wot. It is a much smoother sound than my mrt was. I would recommend a catted x or prochamber for stingers.

I personally run the stingers with stock mid pipe and stock headers..I don't think I'd ever change.

I can't get over at how loud the first clip is with the catted X pipe...you can hear the car clear as day as it drives WAYpast the camera

I feel like that might be a little too loud for my tastes........

Here's mine with some take-offs and a fly by. (disregard the horrible shakiness lol)

I liked the stock H and stingers. It had a nice deep sound but I bored with it and wanted more volume. I now have the bassani catted X and love it!

Everyone likes the Bassani catted x and stingers combo. Seems like it might be the ultimate fav on the site. For an o/r midpipe, I like the upr x or prochamber with them but I have yet to hear a dr. Gas x with the stingers.

M55 and mac flowpaths are a couple other exhausts I like.

so i REALLY think i DO love the Stingers - they sound GREAT with the Bassini X -

which like someone sais seems to be a fav. i never realized the first video i posed HAS NO CATS!

can someone post a video with Stingers and Bassini X-pipe WITH cats? i tried to search but coulndt find.

if not, in WORDS - what is the difference with cats or no cats? Less raspy? quieter? Nicer? or not so nice?

thanks again

With cats the sound is much cleaner and smoother sounding, with no cats on the Bassani X it's very raspy and raw.

It is a good sounding combo, just don't take the cats off. There's a few videos on my youtube page when I had the Bassani catted X on there with the Stingers. The off road Prochamber sounds way better than the Bassani catted X, much cleaner and smoother sounding.......and one hell of a lot cheaper.
