Sweet.

But, if I had that kind of loot, I would have kept the GT engine in tact, and gotten a TT S7.

What?

We are talking $160,000 for the GT. Say $40,000 in mods.

A Saleen S7 TT is in a different league than that. You can get about 3 FGT's for the price of one Saleen.

Two, even if it did, the Saleen is still double the price.

There is no way he spent 60K on that TT kit on the original motor, maybe 60K now, with the new motor, fuel system, and turbo's

Hey 2_1337, do you think you could shrink the size of your sig a bit...it kinda takes up half the screen...

I don't believe the turbo was a kit. It was all custom fabbed all the way to the intake. And I'm sure it didn't cost anywhere near 60K

FWIW the car sounded awesome on Saturday.

Guys, I know it didn't actually cost $60,000. I was being generous.....when I was trying to prove a point. Go back and re-read the posts.

Someone else claimed he has $140,000 in mods.

Does anyone know the actual price of the TT kit? I was on their website but didn't see it. Maybe I missed it??

I am going to guess and say atleast $30,000.

I'm about 99.999% sure that is the price they're selling it installed for.

They make three flavors of the Saleen S7 TT. Joe was probably messing around with the 750 HP model. They go up to 1000 HP from the factory. They also have much more traction due to larger tires and much better aerodynamics than the FGT. But like everyone said, the Saleen is about 500-600K as opposed to the 160-200K FGT. Nate.
