We're proud to announce that the new 4.0L W245ax kit is available and now shipping for the 05-06 Ford GT. The 4.0L makes 3 more pounds of boost at the same pulley ratio as the 3.3L kit did giving you lots of room to grow. The 4.0L also has an increased peak boost rating of 35psi.

^^^I doubt it. The 3.4L is a lot of blower for a 4.6L engine. I would think 4.0L would be WAY overkill. Its getting to the point to where the blower almoust has as much displacement as the engine does.

whats wrong with a 8.6L V8? it might as well be a V-10. Id like to see this blower on the GT500. after all it is a 5.4L

^^^Considering the amount of hp it takes just to spin the blower itself, 4.0L I think would be way too much for the 4.6 engine. Wouldn't make sense in a street car thats for sure. I wonder how much boost you have to run in order to get into the blowers efficiency range.

that would be a hell of a mod for a 4.6 but it wouldnt be strong enough for it to be efficient, unless it was pushing about 500-600rwhp before the blower but thats kinda hard and scary...lol...
