How long does it usually take to answer emails, since I have tried to call for the past two weeks without any luck. I just need one of the FRP disks and was told originally, in an email, that I would have to talk to someone there to get one. Well, I've tried to call numerous times and haven't had any luck. You're not the only one having problems getting through. I've tried to call, sent emails, and PM and haven't heard from KB yet. Hopefully I hear something back early next week.
i dont understand the whole not getting threw to kb thing.... i've called numerous times before i bought my 2.6 as well as after to ask simple to stupid questions. they have always answered and always been helpful.

Maybe it's just a problem the last two weeks. I noticed they hadn't been on SVTP for a week. Then, they logged on, posted a message and didnt return PMs.
Yeah they had me up in Willow Springs for a Magazine/internet deal. Sorry. I have been playing catch up since!
Could you reply to my PM/email and let me know the status of my rebuild? I called in today to check the status of it, was put on hold when the phone was answered for a few minutes, and then was on hold for 15 minutes while TJ checked on it. I hung up after that because it seemed like I was just left hanging on the line. I called right back and was hung up on. This is no way to handle customer service.
Also, I was initially told the rebuild would take a day, but I wasn't told there was a large backlog. When I spoke with TJ on Monday, I was lead to believe getting the blower back by next Friday would be no big deal. It seems like that won't be the case now.
