Kenne Bell 1000HP Fuel System

1000HP FUEL SYSTEM. New Kenne Bell Competition 20V Dual BOOST-A-PUMP for Ford Dual Pumps Systems. ‘05 up Mustang, Shelby 500, Super Snake, KR, ‘03 Cobra, 2V 4.6 and Lighting.

07 SHELBY UP TO 1000HP with stock pumps, fuel lines and rails. ‘05 UP MUSTANG UP TO 1000HP with stock fuel lines and rails. Needs Ford FRP#M9407GT05 dual pump system ($780 MSRP)
NOTE: Shelby and late ‘05 Mustangs come with larger fuel lines than the ‘05 cars and don’t need larger fuel lines, fittings, fuel rails ect.

The BOOST-A-PUMP is a far better approach than an expensive complex “3 pump system” with all the additional plumbing, fittings, rails, wiring, and modules. And it uses less amperage.
BOOST-A-PUMPS work equally well with all injector types, stock or aftermarket. Street BOOST-A-PU MP will support 800HP (52lb) or 1000HP(72lb).
This is the same basic BOOST-A-PUMP used on all those Kenne Bell Supercharged Shelby GT500's, Super Snakes and high HP 05-08 Mustangs-and the lower HP 50 State Legal Kenne Bell kits. The Dual BOOST-A-PUMPS are now available in 2 versions. Street (17.5V) 800HP and Competition 1000HP (20v).

How does the new competition BAP perform as compared to the street BAP? Check out these back to back Dynojet Tests and pump DC’s.

ADAMS MONTAGUE, ST MOTORSPORTS 825RWHP “ World’s fastest PD street legal 3v 4.6 Mustang w/no NOS.” 9.50/142. Street Dual BAP w/ Ford #M907GT05 drop in dual pumps. Stock Fuel lines and rails 825RWHP, 60lb,92% duty cycle.
Adams back to back tests with Competition Dual BAP-no other changes-lowered pumps duty cycle to a mere 62%! A whopping 32% reduction. That leaves lots of room to grow (+200HP) with other mods such as NOS, stroker kits, bigger cams, etc.

Adam Quote:,”I couldn’t believe the fuel flow this new competition system produces! The numbers don’t lie. I could run in the 8's with this set up and NOS with no other changes. This is way more fuel than 99% of my customers will ever need!”

Only $449.00

Reliability? Outstanding. Standard fuel system on Shelby Super Snake-801RWHP. Thousands sold every year and not one defective unit in 5 years.

1000HP “COMPETITION” DUAL BOOST-A-PUMP

The Kenne Bell BOOST-A-PUMP is used on the world’s Most Powerful Production cars e.g. 725HP Shelby Super Snake, 806HP Koenigsegg and 1100HP Lingenfelter Corvette.

The Kenne Bell “Street” Dual BOOST-A-PUMP will support 800HP with 52lb injectors with the Ford GT, Shelby GT500 or FRP pump systems(05-up Mustangs)-and even more (850HP) with 60-70lb injectors.
The “Competition” Dual BOOST-A-PUMP will support up to 1000HP-another 150 HP for Nitrous and/or other mods.

More back to back tests by Kenne Bell and Karls East Coast Speed on 800RWHP Shelby Super Snake indicated DC (Pump duty cycle) dropping 10% even with high pressure stock 52lb injectors. Larger injectors will drop DC another 20%. The stock dual pump systems max out at 100%DC at 550hp.
The Street BAP raises pump HP rating from stock 550HP to 850HP and is more than adequate for most street-strip vehicles.
But for the serious racer, the 1000hp “Competition” BAP is a reliable power concept that eliminates the expense and complexity of a 3 pump system. And it doesn’t affect starts because it maintains all the in tank emissions plumbing. So it’s 50 State legal.
Also BOOST-A-PUMP kits for the 03 Cobra, Lightning, ‘99-04 Mustang, etc. See all new tech info under “PUMP TECH” on our website.

It is the same as running 2 40amp baps. It would be to much for the stock 03-04 Cobra pumps. a single 40amp would do the trick.

I think the pump would burn up. Just use a single 40amp on a single Focus.

what do you think would be needed to support 850rwhp if trying to retain stock fuel pumps maybe 70lb injectors (BTW its on a 04 Cobra)

Unless it has changed; what you ask is impossible to do with stock 03/04 cobra pumps.

Sorry for adding to this to make it seem like 20 questions but; I'd like to know if the following components will support 1000rwhp.
  1. Fore dual pump fuel hat
  2. Upgraded fue line
  3. Fore fuel rails
  4. Your dual Comp BAP

I ask because I'm planning on getting a mammoth kit for my 04 cobra in the very near future and I'm going to purchase a mammoth Kit from you. I will have Cams in addition to all the rest of the normal supporting mods. I also want to clarify; are you saying that with your new comp dual BAP my stock cobra pumps will support 775 rwhp?

IF your running twin GT pumps, is this the BAP you should run? I'm thinking of adding it to get some more fuel outa my twin GTs.
