How do i know what the size of my KB is?
If i were looking at a 04 cobra with a kenne bell on it. How could i tell what size it is. It is polished and on the serial number it ends in 28H, does that mean it is a 2.8 kb?

You would be correct. What ever the serial number ends in is the model.

Does the serial number start with an "A" or a "C"?

It is stamped into the side by the bearing plate. It is not a sticker.
