HUGE install problems...help!

SO I have sent KB pictures of the problem, hasn't got back to me yet, so I am dead in the water right now and a dyno appointment looming. But here's the deal, besides having to rethread some bolt holes, I finally get to the point when you put the belt on, and after having to turn the blower as we are threading the belt on the blower we notice the blower pulley and the alternator are not aligned, as in the blower is further back. Not only that, but the belt on the blower is rubbing the alternator itself and the belt on the alternator. And there is a bolt to the right of the crank pulley that is sitting on the belt as well. I am boggled, me and my buddies- who are mechanics- can't see what the hell is going on. any ideas? btw the alternator is bolted on the only way it can be, so as far as I can tell, that's not it. This is on a 1997 cobra with stock 6 rib underdrives, KB 2.1L 9psi

KB is sending me a new underdrive crank pulley and a new spacer for the blower- should help considerably.

I'm not sure if it matters...but on my 98' I had to remove the upper bracket for the alternator. Here's a few pics.

she's done! ran it all the way to Amazon tuning- thanks RICK! the best dude I could hope to place my car in the hands of. Still working out my meth inj.- don't think it's working right as my third pull on the mustangdyno the engine temp was 225* so rick stopped the pull at 6400 rpm- that's the kind of guy he is- wants the numbers but wants your car to run as well as it can, he's safe about it. I am stoked with the car- gonna put in a larger/better radiator, get the meth inj. working and be happy for a long time- thanks to all for replying and helping me out! see you guys on the road...

362 on the mustangdyno- with 225* engine temps stopping the pull at 6400rpm. I really feel, and Rick kind of hinted that 30-40 more is there on the mustangdyno given a cooler day.
