A lot of people are probably like me in that the price is fair, but banks and credit unions won't loan past 7 years. Even Capital One has started doing that. I tried to buy a 2000 GT a couple of months ago with a Kenne Bell and a ton of mods, but my credit union would only loan trade value. It sucks because my credit is spotless, but it's just the market now. It's a really nice truck, I'm sure someone will come around.
Nice truck! Trading is where it's at in this market. Car guys across the nation are trading vehicles like crazy nowadays. Not many guys have large chunks of cash to throw around and lending institutions are not readily giving money out for (aging) performance cars. yea i had a trade on it for a srt4 and it fell through bc of the age, i know somebody somewhere has cash in his/her safe to buy this thing tho i just gotta find them
Better off not selling right now and holding in to it until May/June next year. The people that read these boards are TOO CHEAP and use the market or loan values as an excuse. I would think they would feel bad for taking advantage of people like that. I pulled mine off the market because too many asshats out there think that $7k-$8k below what it is worth is acceptable... that is offensive. If you can wait a few months to sell, do it. People will be pissed that they didn't get it at your asking price because the prices will shoot up on them next summer - mark my words.
