I just did a gear swap in my 03 Mach 1. I wanted to share the procedure with others who may want to take on the project. Please note that I am not a certified mechanic, didn't wear safety goggles (sorry, bad example), nor am willing to take any responsibility for injury or death if you decide to do this and grenade your rear end. This is for demonstrational purposes only. Use it as a guide-I tired to include most specs, but you'll need to do some more research as I was unable to add everything you need to know as well as various debatable techniques. I also did this one by hand. I have done it with air tools before as well, so there are other ways to get it done. Feel free to add comments or other information to this thread! I still have some editing to do, but this is what I got for now.
MOSER 31 SPLINE AXLES, 31 SPLINE FRPP DIFF, FRPP 4.10S, FRPP GIRDLE, MOSER/ARP MAIN CAP STUDS, MASTER INSTALL BEARING KIT, WHEEL BEARING/SEALS KIT, NEW YOKE, ROYAL PURPLE FLUID.
