Can't say I can help you with who to go to, but if you're wanting this with the 4.6, you better be ready to spend a LOT of money. Spend half as much and go with a bigger cube push rod.

The cost of the Fast systems alone will get you a Whipple. The cost of the port and cams will pay for the supporting mods. An N/A engine at that power lever (which will be a stretch) will be a dog at low and mid-range and would get trounced by an FI car. 500 hp on a blown engine is the starting point.
You might want to talk to Birdman here and give Al Papitto a call. I don't know if you get get to high 500's with a 4.6 based block without n2o. I think you'll need a 5.4 based block or some other custom big cube mod block. Hope you have some coin.

1st Welcome to SVT and 2nd how much money do you have to play with ?
I've put some quick calculations together and nice N/A combo with a Mod motor is quite spendy, if you buy good new parts. Foxlake charges $2500 for CNC work +++ if you add extras, cams are 1200, fuel system upgrades etc.. it gets up there and this is not even mentioning touching the short block or other drivetrain mods. FI will be similar price but get you much more hp be more streetable, and will meet your rwhp goal more easily.
A badass N/A car is really impressive tho... comes down to how much $$$ do you have!
BTW, whoever said it was cheaper to build it with a pushrod motor is correct, my last foxbody had a bad n/a motor dyno'd at 526rwhp at 7200rpm running 9.80 and it was about a 12K top to bottom!

And you're in a mod motor because...........? I thought about switching to a pushrod but I don't feel like buying a new tranny (just rebuild mine), DS, and dealing with the wiring harness fun.
I don't get why some people try talking others out of making sick NA power. Sure it can cost more upfront, but people like me would rather keep their 99-01s N/A.

A 5.4 derivative w/ FGT heads and a modified sullivan is the only combo I'm aware of that has produced that kind of power.
A big bore stroker, might be able to do it, but you'll have to wait for Nazman to prove it first.
It'd be much easier to shoot for 450-500rwhp and spray it the rest of the way.
Std 5.4's with aussie boss intakes/00R intakes and big bore strokers with fr500/sullivans would all make those numbers with the right heads/cams and supporting mods.

I already have the FAST system its paid for and sitting. I donbt plan on doing this in a few months but through time. Im about to get out of the military and move back east. So im just doing my research.
This long block will support 7750+RPMs and give you the 500+RW with the right supporting mods and tune.
Go with billet rods for 8000+RPMs capablity, about 20 more deg cam duration and bump the CR to 12.5-13:1 and you will have mid 500 all Motor....look to spend about 1.5K more on the long block.
