there is either something seriously wrong with the cobra or it doesn't have 496whp or the lambo is seriously modded. That cobra is a low 11 second player @ over 122 while the lambo is a low 12 second player @ around 115-118.

Gallardo 3300lbs +1 person 3450 lbs with 430 whp and much better gearing...results surprised me a little but not really, the G is geared much better over 125 mph
I had a chance to race a Gallardo from a roll, 50 to 110 (I had a passenger in my car who can concur). My KB 03 was laying down 606 whp at the time. Let me tell you that the Gallardo and I were almost dead even. Those things are way faster than they say. I bet many of the owners don't go throw them on the dyno to see what they make, but if they did I be it would prove they don't make 550 at the crank. Those things are really fast.

I've always wanted to see a Lambo vs. Terminator because I always figured a nicely modded Terminator would win--but I guess not!!! Damn! I hope that something was misheard here...either that Lambo wasn't really stock (they said just intake) or the Cobra guy couldn't drive...or the Lambo just really beat him fair and square.
What year was that Gallardo? Was it an Automatic?
didn't surprise me at all to tell you the truth. The lambo is much lighter, had one less person, and they raced from a roll. If it was a quarter mile race from a dig it would have probably been closer. Italian cars tend to be geared more for mid range and top end speed. just my 2 cents. That was a bad ass lambo

These are times for a gallardo from 4 different people. The best trap is 118 and the lowest is 111. a 496whp cobra will trap at worst 119 and at best 127. So I don't see how the lambo puts bus lengths on this cobra, unless the cobra is fugged up.
I have beat diablos badly on my street tune and I am sure a diablo is faster than a gallardo.

lmao. I saw the post on 6speed. All's I know is that I trapped 123 missing 3rd gear with 100whp more than that car. I know my car will go 130+ in the 1/4 so I can't imagine a gallardo beating this car. Do you think your diablo is faster than a gallardo?
I've said it once and I'll say it again, the 03/04 Cobra is not the fastest car in the world and it can be beat. And on the street, A LOT of races don't go the way they necessarily should.
