That two-step sounds alot slower than my roommates. I highly doubt the talon was on a 140,000 mile completely stock motor. Built bottom end at least

More than likley a Sheppard Tranny with dog cut gears.

Also I don't think that Talon had more than 5k in supporting mods minus that tranny.

Obviously we all don't have a clue what the talon had due to no slip or anything to help justify what time he ran. Great run none-the-less.

Yea, and I'd much rather have some POS 140k mile Talon to drive around, rather than a C6 Z06 too... I love how people always throw in price comparison. You can make a Geo Metro fast, doesn't mean I'd want to be cought dead in it.

sadly thats the first video I have seen of a C-6 Z loosing a race and it was to a Eagle Talon. I was hoping for somthing powered by ford! Who cares what you spent... No one was there to pic up chicks, they were there to race and thats what happened. When I go out just to tear shit up I drive my bug... no I don't normally get the same kind of attention that I do in the L, but if I'm just going racing having the faster car is all that matters!

you all don't get it. It was a ****ing joke. take the sticks out of your asses. When it comes down to it the Talon handed the Vette its ass. The rest about a race in a autocross track doesn't mean crap until they do it. It just shows how a man with a lot of money compare to a man with some brains between his ears. Cars are expenses not investments.
