It sounded like the SS missed a gear in the second race, not to say that this excuses the driver from a loss. All in all, good races. The SS sounds awesome, by the way.

If that camaro was 600+ HP it was weak, Why did he need to keep fanning the clutch to bring the power up? On the second run , it really bogged on the third shift.

Yeah it sounded like he didnt have boost in the bottom of 3nd gear. I think he was doing it to try to get the boost up or something. (hitting the clutch)
I think he tracked it last weekend running consistent 11.0's at 129mph.

Im sure there will be a rematch soon. EVO wants to run lighter and smaller wheels, and mark a 1/4 mile exactly.
i would like to see that race from in the vehicle. looked like that camaro was having some driver mod issues. looked like his shifts were kind of slow. looked like the evo was catchin him during the slow shifts but then the camaro would start to accelerate and start to pull on em again. the second race looked like the camaro missed a gear and was playin catch up.
His SS is bad as hell. I saw him and his club at the track last weekend. His shifts sounded identical. But I can only imagine how hard it is to drive a car like his though. His car MOVES OUT!
And FWIW, the car ran consistant low to mid 11's @ 124-126. I'm not sure If I saw all of his runs, but I saw him run atleast 5 times and his slowest was an 11.6@124. And I believe his first was his best at an 11.1@126.
The car has 10's in it for sure. With some quicker shifts he'll be in the 10's easy.

I was with him and the SS is hella fast if he works on the driving it will run 10's no problem!
