I do that all the time since I don't have a cage. However it is pointless to do unless you are just going for MPH. ET and 60' get screwed up. Its fun though! A long time ago I posted a video of me going 14.7@121mph I believe. lol Oh and nothing was ever said to me until I dipped below 11.99999999. Then it was no more running until a cage. I never got banned for a season though, just the night.
well, that was awesome but i bet he got kicked cuz if you trap like more than 120-122mph you are still required to have cage. correct me if i am wrong!

At KCIR, if you run faster then a 11.49, you have to have a cage. So, he tripped the line. A few weeks later, it was changed to 11.49 or traps higher then 121 you need a cage,
