i can wait to get my whipple with 19lbs on 93 octane. i should be at 600rwhp right?
yes
i have a pulley for 19lbs (i only run 93 octane) that im gonna give a try on saturday
i know 19psi is pushing it for 93 - ill let you know how i make out
it was aight...ya know the usual....Just blew into some cow pussy. Made it queef like no other.
After that, i was all dirty and tired so i decided to take nice warm shower.
good to see you finally have a tune. do you know how much timing is in it. If I know Greg he made it safe. Seems like it would be low since the torque is on the low side. Too bad we dont have 93 here anymore. I remember Exxon used to have years back. I would gladlly pay $5 bucks a gallon for 98 like they have in the UK We are going to be paying near that much for 91 soon anyway here in Cali when the new gas taxes go into effect next year. They are raising them again that is the main reason we pay so much more then the rest of the US. It is all state and EPA taxes.
u car was loaded on the dyno incorectly. for optimal leverage.. probably costs u about 10-12hp. its the wheel is to be either directly on top or 15 degree's in front of the drum. but nice numbers!
It's funny that I come across this thread. I had mentioned in a thread earlier today how I was noticing more and more people riding the edge with twin screws @ 17PSI running on 91 Octane pump gas. Then I come across this thead (yet another one)... Lol.
Congrats!

They have 100 octane at some stations.. There is a 76 station in Newport Beach. I plan on getting two tunes from RET. One for 91 and one for a 50/50 mix (95).

Def recommend Greg and his three walled dyno shop.

Im running 17-18 pounds on 91 making 580/555 and not had any problems yet. I do add torco now and then when im going to be ratting on it. But with them out of the race fuel deal ... especially up in canada im not sure what im going to do .. oh i know **** it let the thing eat lol
Pretty good numbers man the loading on the dyno deff ate some power i dont think the tires would have robbed you but a RET tune should give you some more as well
