Dallas Performance Z06 vs Bolt on Viper RT/10 - Video inside...

After meeting up South of the boarder this weekend we got some decent runs in...


Mod list 2002 Z06 (JapCrap/Mr2liter):
fast intake
long tube headers
Xpipe through stock mufflers
Dallas Performance Tune

Mod list 1994 Viper:
Intake
exhaust
1.7 rockers
blackbox tune
+ much more suspension/cooling upgrades

I saw that Viper in Frisco yesterday. I'm not feeling the yellow seats, but it's a bad ass car.

That Z06 sounded AWEFULLY loud for running through the stock catback. You sure there weren't a pair of cutouts on there?

It was definatly through the stock mufflers (long tube headers + Xpipe though). He DOES have electronic cutouts installed, but the controller is not installed and was closed during the race. Im sure thats next on the install list...

Yea, its just way louder than my buddies intake/header/catless X pipe/stock cat-back Z06 that I road in numerous times. Way, way louder. Maybe he has an exhaust leak.
