To tell you the truth i'm not sure. Rick at Amazon talked to John at hellion about upgrade from the t-76 and thats what he suggested and sent the upgrade. Do you think the smalled intake tubing will be a restriction? I may looking into some bigger tubing if you think it necessary.

Absolutely. That turbo will be pushing so much air...or trying to... that almost anything will be a restriction. Hell the front mount kits I make for subies use 2.5" at the very least and that's for turbo's about 1/5th the size of yours. I would suggest the largest you can fit.

The Orange Turbo GT in this video is a good testimony to what a turbocharged/Stalled Auto can do on the streets..

funny...all my import friends couldn't get over how restrictive the hellion kit along with all other cobra kits are. I switched to 3.5" piping and a FMIC with 3"inlet/outlets that will handle over 1,000 rwhp. When I put a 4" downpipe on my hellion my buddy with an STI was like " I have a 4" downpipe with a turbo thats 1/2 the size of yours". I guess the domestic crowd is starting to catch up with turbo's. I was building my car to put down over 900rwhp (bigger turbo/302 stroker) thats why I decided to upgrade the piping/FMIC while doing the blow through. Still waiting to hit the dyno so I'm not sure how high the gains will be. I noticed a HUGE diference with the 4" DP. Please keep posting your build....id like to see how it turns out!

It's definitely true. It's kinda hard to imagine just how much air a turbo, especially that size, will be moving. You really have to have the largest and shortest down pipe to get the air out one way, and largest I/C piping for the other. For a turbo that size at least

looks like its ganna be wicked. i would consider going with at least a 5" DP for that size turbo. i have a GT47-80 on my car and that what im running. like others have said, the small tubbing may become a restriction at high boost levels.

It is his car.
Two things I would never do to my Terminator.
1. Solid rear axle.
2. Automatic transmission.
I'd do it to a Mach 1..
It's just me, I couldn't hack the Slowbra anymore then I already have.

Do you have ?hard facts? How many have been crashed by sixteen year old kids with zero skills. How many have been butchered to the point of no return?
I bet there are only ~ 50% that are streetable.
You'll eat your words in a few years.
My uncle traded his '65 Mustang 2+2 for a 240Z (Fail Lady).
Sold the Z and bought a new 1996........ Honda Civc HX.
Both cars are worth something, the Honda makes a great doorstop.

I'm not bashing anyone about anything but i dont think its the right way to describe what people that go turbo/auto/solid axle in their car to call it "hacking it up." everything i've done to my car can be converted back to stock if i wanted. i've done just the same thing to my car as someone who puts a kenne bell/whipple on their car. just a few more bolt ons than the rest is the way i look at it.

Who cares what these people think that are hating on your build man? You have got a serious end all/kill all build going there! Looks sick! How do you plan on putting that power to the ground? What rear end are you running? Suspension? Tire? GOOD LUCK! Any ideas what kinda times you're looking for at the track?

BTW, any updates?

Seriously people need to piss off.
It's a sick car, will own most of the cars on this board.
But everyone would rather piss and moan about building a drag car outta
a cobra, honestly who gives half a dick.
A:It's not your car
B:turbo/auto > turbo/manual
C: Terminators ARE NOT rare cars by any means.
FACTS:
Overall 2003 Cobra Units Produced: 13776
Overall 2003 Cobra Coupe Units Produced: 8394
Overall 2003 Cobra Convertible Units Produced: 5082

Overall 2004 Cobra Units Produced: 5664
Overall 2004 Cobra Coupe Units Produced: 3768
Overall 2004 Cobra Convertible Units Produced: 1896
Overall 2004 Mystichrome Cobra's Produced: 1010

And the rarest would be a 2004 Comp Orange Vert, only 72 of em.
If I hit the lotto, I'm buying as many of em as I can find, convert em to auto, SRA, quad turbos with a KB Mammoth just to piss off some folks.
Don't mind the haters dude, badass car, can't wait to see it in action. Keep us posted!

I dont remember what he charged me for mine. Best bet is to contact Ken (4sdvenom) on here of modfords. He will either sell you the kit or you can send him your console and he'll put it all together for you. His kits are the best looking setups I've seen. You wouldn't believe how many compliments I get on mine.
