From what I've heard lately construction in Dubai is at a stand still within the last six months or so. That building's renderings have been around for a while though, so funding might already be available? pretty cool stuff.

+1. The future of Dubai does not look very good based on any of the market reports I've seen, or Moscow for that matter. It would be interesting to see, but I don't know what will happen based on the current market trends.
