I'd gladly do just about anything to help people increase their awareness of how to avoid idiots, unfortunately doing so would cause me to offend 99.9% of the members on this forum.
"real" fr500's had rivets on the wheels. The ones you have are just purchased through ford (more $$) is all.
edit:
heres an image
Thanks for the correction . They were purchased from a Member on here about 3 years ago and just sold for about what I paid, I only put about 1500 miles on them. I know people on this site don't care about buying American products but the ones Ford sells are made in the US and the others are either China or Brazil....FWIW http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts...tKeyField=5845

did any of you pick up your rims from discounttiredirect? they have them listed and they are trying to sell me on a great deal but I want to make sure the rims are right (deep dish 18x10s etc etc) and dont look funny.

i bought from oe's ebay store, i didn't actually find them on ebay but they gave me a good price over the phone, and the wheels look good(good finish, no blemishes in chrome) they also included nice chrome lug nuts. afs requires those rediculous half shank lugs and you have to pay another hundred for them. aftermarket chrome is usually ok but if you are doing any other finish don't buy afs...
