Got out the new D40 and took some pics of the Stang and its new mods
Tried some new editing techniques on some of them. Nothing special. I went to the same spots as last time. Couldn't think of any new place.
What do you think?

Yeah man, I absolutely love it. Though once I get it mastered I may move up to a D60 or something even bigger.

D40 -> D60 is a waste of money. If you are going to upgrade at all, wait until you can afford a D90. With the D40 you can still print rather large photos/posters.

Try to stay away from parking lot lines...but what program are you using to edit? In picture 8, there seems to be a good bit of noise?

I'm not a pro, but if your editing one picture with multiple programs each time you save it your decreasing the quality. Just trying to help

Well while I edit them they are in RAW so I'm not worried about that. My final save is in .jpeg.

I concur. Don't get caught up in the megapixel race. I still have my D40 after 2 years and would rather spend money on upgrading the lenses. The D40 is such a formidable little camera. Nice pics and stang btw!!

Looks really good man. Im loving your car evenmore, those rims go so good with the black.
Pictures look great. I really like the location too. Looks like the day was kinda overcast so the colors really pop. great job on that. and the editing looks great too. How do you like coral over adobe lightroom?
and what editing program did you use to do the shaded boarders such as on this picture..?
