Depends on your definition of Baddest Ass. Looks and styling will always be subjective. There are show cars, track cars and drag cars. In terms of muscle/Drag racing and raw power .... These are some of the best I've seen here but I'm sure there are far more. May not all be 99's but all started out as newedge 99/01 cobras

and as for sick 99 cobras..my personal favorite would be the one with the 537rwhp N/A mod motor that nazman built [I believe he did anyways]
went through gears in about 1-2 seconds..just ridiculous...the reason why I might build a monster N/A car instead of going the Whipple route on my car..

I remember this cobra. You had some of the best street racing videos. Sick launches with the IRS 4.56 gears BFG drags CAI intake and exhaust had the C5 vette , SRT8 charger, STI and a number of cars chasing your rear!
There was a black 99-01 cobra I remember years ago it was low and had an awesome stance. I wanna see the member name was angel avenger or something like that. I believe it had deep dish torque thurst 2 wheels. Anyone know what car I am talking about? It was black on black with blacked out tails and most of the pictures taken of it was in the grass.
How can you pick a winner from the ones posted? Thay are all bad ass!

^Avenging Angel, haven't seen him on here in years. He was one of the original people that had a car on here everyone recognized. I have always loved droptops yellow vert as well (posted above.)
