Can you elaborate in this a little and what the purpose is?

The PCV system and IAC need a check valve to keep boost from leaking back out of the intake manifold post throttle body (IAC) and keep from pressurizing the crankcase (PCV). Check valves keep it from happening.

I have FI'd a few cars for myself over the years and have done it on all of them ever since. It is just something that makes sense I guess and I knew I would have to do it...
Im dont know alot about superchargers, I bought my car and it had it installed already. Im running the stock procharger bypass as you can see in the picture. My MAF is in the intake side, what are the advantages of running a bigger BPV
It might also help the car run better with the issues I am having.

I doubt it, I actually messed with the check valves after I got it tuned because I wanted everything to be tip top after the bypass fiasco and it didn't really change anything. I left them on to be safe though, 2v's need every bit of power we can get...
As I expected the two bypass trick helped but didnt cure the problem. Sooooooo its time for a mini race maxflow to be bought and some new tubes that dont have stubs sticking out of them to be replaced. It completely moved the stuttering from 1900 to 2900 which makes sense because I can move a little more air but as the RPMs climb that 1" line and restrictive system cant handle the flow.
My old setup. Obviously not a 2v but same setup. Vortech mini race,fmic,v2sq. Bypass is routed back into the bottom of the intake pipe before the blower, after the MAF. MAF is draw through, it was in the fender. Hope this helps.

Could you give me a link or part number to your check valve? I used a PVC back in the day but it was too small to run any more load so I couldn't run the AC. I have it routed to the charged side of the intake but would still like to know what part your using for future reference.

I don't have a part number but it is for a Ford air pump IIRC. Most parts stores have it in the "help" section with all the little adapters and starter shims and stuff.
