as you guys can see these skittles are no joke (from a roll) the only down side is that they are fwd, otherwise i would be sporting another one. BTW: the srt4 is putting down 525fwhp @ 25lbs

SICK CAR!!! No surprise, car does weight below 3000 lbs and gets pretty good power with simple mods.

Is that on a completely stock engine? How much boost can a stock engine "safely" handle? I'm just curious.

Its not about boost, the stock internals can safely put up with 500 whp with a proper tune, and the block is not even a concern. Anything past 500 requires some upgraded rods and pistons to be safe, minor oiling mods, and most people get rid of the balance chain assembly. On a side note chuck over on srtforums was running over 600whp on the stock internals with e85 for well over a year before he had any problems

Ah thanks for answering my question. Thats kinda what i was expecting. Same here.. 600 rwhp is what is considered "safe" for corvettes, but i know of people putting up 750 for over a year with no problems. It really boils down to luck and your tune I suppose.
Slow shifting that cobra.... I love vid's where we powershift... that skittle moves out though!!!
