THanks for the video! It really looked like that Ferrari was doing fine and then just stopped hitting the gas, though and the stang driver kept on going. Didn't really look like a win, I'm sorry to say
Watch the video again. The ferrari quits after the cobra is ahead of him.
I would guess that this convertable cobra in the vid with 4 people was tipping the scales at about 4,330 lbs. Not bad, and wasn't that with the Stock Eaton?

Notice: Running Drag Radials in the rain is a bad idea.
Only 7 Ferrari's above a stock 03 cobra. Pulley the cobra and get it in the 11's and do what Hissman has done and the Cobra may even beat the almighty Enzo
Heck even my Ported EATON Convertible traps 118-119 in 1/4.
I love it when people think my slow, heavy Rustang is easy prey..... The look on their face when I scream by them is like they just got the the SHOCKER.

The Cobra pulls from the get-go...the Ferrari let off because he didn't want to have to tell his friends he got beat by a Ford...a convertible Ford...one with 4 people in it.

You know what, I never did get an invitation to race..
Don't mean to be an ass, but your terms sucked. If I had an F40, I wouldn't put a 6 figure car on the line for a modded out 5 figure car - from an odds perspective it is a lose-lose situation and I'm putting a much bigger investment on the line on top of that. My gains would be much less than yours.
I'd race for a dollar amount though.
Just food for thought. Cause I'd like to see the race none the less.

By the tone of the conversation, he has nothing to lose because there is no way he can lose to me, even if he has to get out and push his car. So put up or shut up. I don't play around.
anybody wanna take bets that he copied/pasted the whole thread and posted it on some ricer forum. (Edited no doubt so I looks like we all think a stock cobra can beat any car ever made.)
I disagree to a degree. He came in inquiring on what the big deal was about Terminators, and it started out okay. Ferraris are fast cars, and I don't think he knew much about Terminators to begin with. From there it got to be a little bash fest. I don't think he is a troll as once he started learning what the Terminators where capable of, his tone did change. Anyways, just my $.02.

I agree, I think he knows more than he leed us to believe. he was baiting us to take the conversation where he wanted it to go. I think he wa trying to make us look like a bunch of big headed cobra owners that think we can't be beat. Sorry, but the questions he was asking.........truth hurts. Cobra's are well known for beating high dollor cars, its just easy and cheap (compared to others) to mod to high HP.

This right here is proof to me that he's a Troll. Nice try though... ;)
I'm sorry.......but I really want to see a stang take a Ferrari........Mustangs are going for what.........$27,000 and it's gonna take a handbuilt Ferrari? Will someone post a video?
I will try to make one this summer, I have called out two 308's this past winter. I rode in the one and well, let's just say I'm not too worried about it.
Both owner's said they paid $40,000 for them, which to my calculations still gives me about $13,000 to invest in mine.
