I own a multi-family home where this women basicly took off owe many months back rent(at least I didn't have to pay to evict her). I would like to track her down to bring her to court to try to recover some money or at least give her a hard time trying (the courts protect these people so much in this state). I know she lives in the same city and the only info I have on her is her sprint cell number which is still active she just screens her call and doesn't call me back and I have her ss number. So I think the easiest way is to run her cell number through sprint to get the billing address but I don't know how to do it. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
It's going to be a civil case. Since you have her name and ss number, file a civil case against her in the local court and go from there. Chances are you'll never see a dime, but it's always nice to know you have one up against them.
I still have a civil and criminal case against an ex-renter who did $15,000 damage on a rental property of mine. I'll never see a dime, just like watching them run.

From some old Ben Stiller movie, I can't recall the name. Great little flick, had Bill Pullman in it, it was basically a re-telling of Sherlock Holmes, with Stiller as a reluctant Watson analog.

skip trace web sites. i have used several times. if someone you are looking for puts anything like power, utilities, cable, phone in their name and ssn - you can track them.
its been about a year since i used one.

Go back to your rental application and retrieve her SSN and DL number. That will allow for a skip trace. Then you can look at the application for the phone numbers of her references and you can call them as well as her employer.
You can sign up for autotrack or find someone with access to it that can run her info. AutoTrackXP
Or just hire txyaloo.

I know I probably won't get anything out of here but I have to at least try and give her a hard time if I can. I wanted to get here new address so i can serve her. I also have the sheriffs dept calling her maybe it will scare her but if she has played the system before it wont. Thanks for the advice.
